Window Replacement Grant

The goal of the Window Replacement Grant Program is to encourage maintenance improvements to existing commercial buildings throughout the city in a manner that promotes the success of businesses while also making them more structurally sound, energy efficient, and provide improved aesthetics for our community.

Grant Funding

Applicants can apply to receive up to a maximum amount of $600 in grant funds per grant cycle. All applicants must provide a dollar for dollar matching amount to their grant request.  One grant per cycle (October 1 to September 30) may be awarded per property. Community Arts Grant

The Community Arts Grant Program was created by the Warrensburg Arts Commission to provide small grants, using a simplified application process, to organizations, educators and individual artists who create well-planned, short-term projects that serve the cultural interests of the Warrensburg community.

Grant Funding

Available grant funds are subject to budget approval from the City and vary from year to year.  Grant amounts are based on the scope of the proposed project and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis during the fiscal year from October 1 to July 31.

WCVB Tourism Grants

The Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau grant program was established to provide funding to nonprofits (501c3 and 501c6) that are hosting events, programs, and sporting events that promote the development and growth of overnight tourism in Warrensburg, Missouri. Grants are awarded to qualified applicants that bring in visitors from outside Warrensburg (a minimum of 50+ miles), drive business to Warrensburg lodging establishments, and have a positive economic impact on businesses and attractions. Grant funding is made possible through an allocation of the City of Warrensburg Lodging Tax, which is designated by the Missouri State Statue and the City of Warrensburg Ordinance to fund tourism-related expenses of the WCVB.
