DROP OFF:
It must be noted on the child's registration whether they will be dropped off by a parent or guardian or by bus.
Staff will be waiting at Warrensburg Community Center for your child to arrive by bus.
A parent or guardian will be required to sign the child in with a their signature and time of the drop off. We will be check-in campers in at the WCC Gym's main entrance OR in the Arts and Crafts Room.
PICK UP:
5PM-6PM
Only names submitted on the child's registration form are permitted to remove a child from our care. Proper ID must be shown before we release your child at pick up. These are necessary safety precautions-NO EXCEPTIONS. Pick up will be in Arts & Crafts Room. If parents need to add people to the pick up list please call (660)747-7178.
EARLY PICK UP:
Before 5PM
The same requirements are apply for early pick up.
You can stop by the Community Center Front Desk and the attendant will contact a supervisor to get your child from their group and bring them to you at the front desk.
You can schedule a pick up by emailing the supervisors at CAMP@warrensburg-mo.com and schedule your pick up ahead of time. We will have your child ready and bring them to the WCC front circle, just pull up!
Late Fees
There will be a late fee of $1.00 for every minute your child is picked up after 6PM. We will make every attempt to contact you, so an updated cell phone number should be on file at all times with our staff. your child may not return to camp until this fee is paid at the Community Center front desk.
